Contact TUT Machinery
Contact Our Roll Forming Machine Engineers in Wuxi, China
Your message goes to the engineering team that would build the line, not to a call centre — so the first reply can already talk about stations, tooling and lead time. Tell us the profile you need, the material and thickness, and the output you must hit per shift.

Enquiry form
Tell us the profile, we will configure the line
One message with the profile, the material and the output you need is enough for a first answer: line configuration, tooling scope and a delivery window — not a price list.
Before you write
Four Details That Turn a Question Into a Configuration
Tell us the profile you need, the material thickness and your target output, and our engineering team will come back with a machine configuration, a price and a delivery schedule.
Send a section drawing or a sample photo if you have one — it is the fastest way to get an accurate quotation. For existing machines, include the model and the issue you are facing so we can route your message to the right engineer.
Wuxi TUT Machinery Co., Ltd., Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.
No drawing yet? Send a photo of the section you want to match, with a tape measure or a coin in frame for scale. That is usually enough to say whether the profile can be formed and roughly on what line.

01
The profile drawing — or a sample
A section PDF, a DXF, or a photo of a cut sample with a tape measure in frame is enough to start. Developed width and bend order are checked before anything is priced.
-
02
Material and thickness range
Galvanised steel, pre-painted coil, stainless or aluminium, plus the thinnest and thickest gauge the line must run. This sets the station count and the motor rating.
-
03
Output you must hit per shift
Metres per shift, cut length, and whether punching, notching or stacking happens in line. Line speed is sized from your production target, not from a standard specification.
-
04
Site conditions and power supply
Floor length available, voltage and frequency (380 V/50 Hz, 415 V/50 Hz, 440 V/60 Hz and others), and any limit on how the machine can be lifted into the building.
Visit the workshop
See the Line Run Before You Commit
Buyers who visit usually spend half a day here: the profile drawing is reviewed with the engineers, the roll set is shown on the machine, and a test run is arranged on material close to your own. Visits are by appointment so the line and the people you need are free when you arrive.
- By air
- Sunan Shuofang (WUX) is the local airport; Shanghai Hongqiao (SHA) is about an hour away by high-speed train.
- By rail
- Wuxi East station on the Beijing–Shanghai high-speed line, roughly 30–50 minutes from Shanghai.
- On arrival
- We collect you from the station or the airport and confirm the schedule the day before.

Service Questions Go to the Same Engineers
Spare rolls, a worn blade or a commissioning question route to the team that built the machine, because the drawings are kept by machine model rather than by order year.
Spare rolls and tooling
Replacement roll sets are cut from the drawing that was used for your machine, so a set ordered years later still matches the original profile.
Wear parts: blades, punches, bearings
Cutting blades, punching dies and bearings are matched to the machine build, not to a generic catalogue number.
Installation, commissioning and training
Layout and foundation guidance, commissioning on site or by video call, and operator and maintenance training on the actual line.
FAQ
Before You Press Send
What buyers ask about replying, drawing files and visiting the workshop. Anything not covered here can go straight into the form above.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Messages sent through the form or by email are answered within one working day, usually the same day during China office hours. If a machine is down and you need an answer immediately, call or send a WhatsApp message to +86 189 3238 3779.
Can I send a drawing with the form?
The form is text only. Send the message first, then reply to our email with the PDF or DXF attached, or send the drawing as a photo on WhatsApp — either way it reaches the same engineer who answered you.
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Yes, by appointment. The workshop is in Wuxi, Jiangsu, about an hour from Shanghai. A visit usually includes a profile drawing review, a look at the assembly floor and a test run on material close to yours; the full address and a map pin are sent with the confirmation.
Do you supply spare parts for machines delivered years ago?
Yes. Roll sets, blades, punches and bearings are made from the drawings kept for each machine, so a replacement matches the original profile. Send the model and a photo of the part or the nameplate and we will confirm what fits.
How long does a machine take to build?
A standard line is usually quoted at 45–90 days, depending on the number of forming stations, the tooling scope and whether in-line punching or stacking is included. A new profile drawing is generally what sets the schedule, since the rollers are made for that section.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Single machines and one-off custom lines are built to order, and most first orders are one line for one profile. Multiple machines or a second profile on the same line are quoted as options rather than as a separate project.
