Customer Projects
Roll Forming Machine Projects
Delivery records from our factory floor and our customers' plants: which machine went where, what section it produces, and how it was tested before shipment. Every project below is a machine we built, test ran and shipped — filter by production line or country to see the closest match to your own requirement.

How a project runs
From section drawing to a running line
Every record above went through the same four stages. The sequence does not change with order size — it is what makes the machine arrive ready to produce.
-
01
Profile and coil review
We start from your section drawing and coil specification — developed width, thickness range, material grade — and confirm line speed, cutting method and automation level before quoting.
-
02
Factory test run
Every line is assembled and run on production material in our Wuxi workshop. Cut length, section tolerance and line speed are checked against the order, and the run is recorded for the customer.
-
03
Export packing
Modules are separated, protected and packed in wooden crates; the hydraulic station and control cabinet travel separately. We prepare the packing list and documentation set for your forwarder.
-
04
Installation and training
Our engineers can travel to site to assemble and align the line, run trial coils and train operators. Afterwards we stay available for remote support and spare parts.
Questions
About these project records
What does a project record include?
Each record shows the machine type, the customer's country or region, the section it produces and the delivery or test-run status, with the real specification from that order — thickness range, web width, tray width, control system. Where we recorded a factory test run on video, the video is embedded on the project page.
Are these projects or just machine photos?
These are delivery records, not stock photos. Each entry corresponds to a specific order: a machine built for a named customer type in a specific country, with the actual specification of that order and its shipment or test-run date. Where the customer has ordered again, the record says so.
Can I see a machine running before I order?
Yes. You can visit our factory in Wuxi — about 30 minutes from Shanghai by high-speed train — to watch a line being assembled or test run, review the electrical panel and safety devices, and check section samples. For customers who cannot travel, we record the factory test run on video and share it before shipment.
Do you have projects in my country?
Filter by country above to see recorded deliveries. If your country is not listed, the machine specification and delivery process are the same — we configure the line for your local voltage, frequency and phase, pack it for sea or road freight, and support installation on site.
Next step
Your project can be the next record
Send the section drawing, material and thickness, the output you need per shift and where the line will be installed. You will get a line configuration, tooling scope and delivery schedule — usually within one working day.
