How a project runs
The same four stages, every order
-
01
Profile and coil review
We start from your section drawing and coil specification — developed width, thickness range, material grade — and confirm line speed, cutting method and automation level before quoting.
-
02
Factory test run
Every line is assembled and run on production material in our Wuxi workshop. Cut length, section tolerance and line speed are checked against the order, and the run is recorded for the customer.
-
03
Export packing
Modules are separated, protected and packed in wooden crates; the hydraulic station and control cabinet travel separately. We prepare the packing list and documentation set for your forwarder.
-
04
Installation and training
Our engineers can travel to site to assemble and align the line, run trial coils and train operators. Afterwards we stay available for remote support and spare parts.
