Ports, transit time and electrical standard are the three things that change from country to country. The machine itself is built to your section drawing wherever it ships.
Australian roofing producers work to tight tolerances on prepainted and Zincalume sheet, and many of them run double layer lines so a single machine covers both trapezoidal and corrugated profiles. TUT Machinery built a double layer roof sheet line for a long-standing customer in Australia and completed a full test run in our factory before shipment, with the run recorded on video so the customer could review section quality and line speed before the machine was packed.
Sea freight to Australia is typically to Sydney, Melbourne or Fremantle, with transit of 2 to 3 weeks from Wuxi. Australian plants run 415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase, and machines are configured to that supply with the safety guarding and emergency-stop arrangement agreed at order stage. Because the customer had bought from us before, the new line was built to the same electrical and mechanical conventions as their existing equipment, which shortens commissioning on site.
Questions
The video of the Australian line shows the machine running production material end to end: coil feeding, forming, hydraulic cutting and the finished section leaving the out table. Customers use it to check section quality, surface finish after forming and the line speed before the machine is packed for shipment, and to brief their own operators before the line arrives.
Machines for Australia are configured for 415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase, the standard industrial supply, with guarding, emergency stops and control panel layout agreed at order stage. If your site requires specific safety devices or a particular panel standard, tell us before the build starts and we will incorporate it rather than retrofit it on site.
Yes. For customers who already run our equipment we keep the original drawings and electrical records, so spare parts, roll sets and technical support are matched to the machine you have. Our engineers can travel to Australia for installation, commissioning or training, and remote support handles most production questions.
Next step
Send the section drawing, material and thickness, the output you need per shift and the destination port. You will get a line configuration, tooling scope, packing plan and delivery schedule — usually within one working day.
